Even though we tend to complain about Vincent's school, they have won major points this summer with all the activities they planned for the kids. Last week, they brought in aquariums on wheels and touch tanks from the Aquarium of the Pacific and today, they had a petting zoo and ponies that every single kid got to ride. Vincent got scared by the big black sheep but fully enjoyed the pony ride. Since we live right next to the school, we peaked over the fence and got a preview of the animals this morning right when the black sheep jumped over the pen and opened the gate, followed by three sheeps who ran free on the schoolgrounds. A funny sight.
On a tendance à se plaindre de la crèche de Vincent, mais ils se sont rachetés cet été, en organisant tout un tas d'activité pour amuser les enfants. La semaine dernière, ils ont fait venir des aquariums d'un des plus grands aquariums du coin pour que les enfants puissent toucher les étoiles de mer ou autres, et aujourd'hui, c'est une ferme qui a débarqué, poules, lapins, chèvres et des poneys que chaque enfant a pu monter. Vincent a eu peur du grand mouton noir, mais s'est amusé sur le poney. Comme on habite à côté de l'école, on a pu voir les animaux de notre jardin, ce matin, juste au moment où le mouton noir a sauté sur l'enclos et a fait une ouverture qui lui a permis de sortir, ainsi que les chèvres, et ils sont bien amusés à courir dans l'école. C'était marrant.
